Our site had some technical challenges, including retaining walls, stormwater drains and the pool’s proximity to the house. From the outset, Brad took the time to understand these and offer thoughtful, practical solutions. What really stood out was that Brad himself came to meet with us and talk through the technical aspects of the build, rather than simply sending a salesperson. This gave us a lot of confidence in the approach from the beginning.

Another huge positive was having Brad, and his team complete the entire installation, including the pool, electrical work, tiling, fencing and even some of the landscaping.

The team were friendly, polite and respectful onsite, and communication throughout the project was excellent. They also kept a remarkably tidy site, with regular clean-ups — something that makes a huge difference when you’re installing a pool in the middle of August!

Brad also worked closely with our landscape architect throughout the project to make sure everything came together properly, and the quality of the finished result really shows.

We’re incredibly happy with both the process and the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brad and his team.

We cant recommend Brad and the Boys highly enough.  All stages of the pool installation were trouble free (including working with the builder on the decking and sorting out the council requirements etc).  

Brad was completely transparent and kept us fully informed of what was going on plus he would always get back to us immediately if we had any questions (including after the pool installation was complete).

It was such a relief as our initial experience with another local company was terrible!
